Abstract

The article presents analysis of main factors that maximize value of retail enterprise. Based on the study of features and modern trends in the development of Ukrainian retail sector key value drivers of retailers in terms of 4 components (financial, customer, partner and human capital) were identified. The system of indicators to quantify the value of retailers in terms of owners, customers, partners and employee was proposed. The interrelation and mutual influence of retail enterprise’s value drivers was explored.
