New ideas of mathematical education development in Kostyantyn Lebedyntsev’s works

Scientific, pedagogical and methodological legacy of an outstanding mathematician and teacher, a member of the Kyiv Physical and Mathematical Society K. Lebedyntsev has been studied. The results of his scientific work have been reviewed. Innovative ideas for teaching mathematics in school have been described. The contribution to the development of mathematics methods, scientific value of scholar’s heritage for upgrading mathematics education in modern Ukraine have been revealed.
