PROCESSES FOR CREATING A STRATEGIC PLANNING SYSTEM FOR POLITICAL REFORMS IN UZBEKISTAN

The article develops some aspects of innovative competitive systems of priority sectors and indus- tries based on long-term scenarios of building the state and society, liberalizing the economy, social support and development, developing a country with intellectual and technological potential for the future of Uzbeki- stan. It also analyzes the process of creating a strategic planning system for the formation of future models of innovative development, as a result of which “short-term”, “medium-term” and “long-term” development programs are developed
