Abstract

The increasingly fierce dynamics of competition require medium business in snack industry in East Java to also improve themselves to be able to improve their performance, specifically because of its strategic position in contributing to the economy of East Java. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of organizational culture, dynamic capability, and social network to company performance through entrepreneurial orientation. This research uses 245 medium business in snack industry as samples with random sampling method. Method of hypothesis testing uses structural equation model to test 10 hypotheses in this research. The result shows that organizational culture, dynamic capability, and social network influence significantly on entrepreneurial orientation. In addition, dynamic capability, social network and entrepreneurial orientation influence significantly on company performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture does not significantly influence on company performance.
