Abstract
The employer branding is a concept follow by large corporate to make internal system strong with the help of skill and talent professional and gain better market offering. The present paper is an attempt to judge few components which are related to employer branding and their role in talent retention in ITeS sector. The study based on primary data. Total 617 data have considered for the analysis. The analysis has done by using chi-square and factor analysis. The result of the study indicates that operational strategy, financial conditions, companies HR policies, accessibility of the company, balance work and personal life, future prospect have a significant association with different demographic classification of the respondents. The study emphasized that most of the component which are strongly connected with company management and policy, work life environment and learning and opportunities
