Abstract
This article describes the simulation of the process of degradation of ESP parts in conditions close to operating modes. This study made it possible to identify problem areas that are subject to wear more intensively than others: the greatest wearis observed in the channels of the radial bearing support, pressed into the base, while the base of the pump itself is subject to little wear; pump working bodies made of Ni-Resist Type 1 do not undergo structural changes as a result of operation. The nature of degradation of pump parts is studied and the rates of wear of materials of pump parts are predicted. The data obtained can be used in further work to verify the mathematical model with empirical data
