Message Prototype for Transmission of a CDA with the Standard Hl7 for a Telediagnostic and Teleconsultation System

As part of research for the development of telemedicine worldwide, there is a HL7 standard that corresponds to one of the guidelines for comprehensive integration of the necessary infrastructure for the supply of telemedicine services in an environment of integration and interoperability of systems information, along technological development has produced results that are now in production in various Colombian institutions and multiple information systems are not integrated. One of the problems to be solved corresponds to the construction and development of their own messages of information systems in an inclusive environment through interfaces that allow communication between the many existing special-purpose applications in the areas of management telemedicine services such as teleconsultation and remote diagnosis. Particularly in this work, the objective was based on the development of methodology for the construction of a prototype message for the transfer of a CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) which integrate the standardization of teleconsultation system applied to the case of Colombia, which is part HL7 macroproject of teleconsultation and telediganostic, currently being built by several organizations as FUNTELMED. Colombia in accordance with current regulations and legalization of consultation and diagnostic services that are already regulated in the area of health in Colombia, by organizations like the Ministry of Social Protection and regulation for telemedicine services in Colombia.
