Abstract
The following paper is aimed at finding out the perception of faculty members regarding employees' participation in TQM implementation in the Universities under study. For the purpose of the study, the sample size of 180 faculty members of 6 private Universities around Chandigarh was taken. Structured Questionnaires were used for the collection of data. Frequency Analysis, Mean, Anova and Tukey Post Hoc Test were used for analysis and interpretation of data. An attempt has been made to highlight the importance of employees' participation in the working of an organization. The paper also recommends the adoption of “employees' participation” approach in implementing TQM practices in the Universities.
