Abstract
The most important lesson he learned during Canon years in America is to always find ways to generate short-term profits for the company. This is again something that most Japanese companies do not take seriously. It has a simple philosophy: take the company to the forefront in any business. Cameras are Canon's central product, the market in which the company has the most potential and experience, and has the most opportunities to be No. 1.Movement of net profitin Canon in Japanwill reflect the business health of digital technology industry. Good business management requires us to consider the impacts of multi macro factors on net profit, and it contributes to promoting business plan and economic policies for economic growth and stabilizing macroeconomic factors. The results of quantitative research, in a seven factor model, show that the increase in lending rate and reducing inflation hasa significant effect on reducing Canon net profit with the highest impact coefficient, the second is decreasing cost. This research finding and recommended policy also can be used as reference in policy for technology sector in many developing countries.
