LAWYER AS A SUBJECT OF SETTLEMENT OF LEGAL CONFLICTS

This article analyzes the causes of legal conflicts and the areas in which they may arise. The interests pursued by the conflicting parties and their psychological state during the conflict are revealed. The role of a lawyer in resolving legal conflicts during conciliation procedures is also considered. Special attention is paid to the advantages of means of non-judicial conflict resolution. The most common alternative methods that can be used in resolving a dispute with the participation of a lawyer are noted.
