Abstract
Incentives are the most common and best way to improve employee performance. Proceeding from this, each employer tries to regularly meet this part of the needs of employees who diligently and responsibly perform their duties. The quarterly bonus and the thirteenth salary are quite firmly included in the list of employee incentives. Mandatory in the regulation on bonuses is information on what criteria and indicators are assessed for the work of personnel, conditions and categories of employees who will be awarded the bonus.
