Abstract
The article considers the holding as artificially created economic system for which is inherent properties of open systems. Relationship with the environment is a major characteristic of holding, the study of which allows us reliably to control the dynamic stability of the holding. The correct analysis and interpretation of holding’s behavior in the process of interaction with the external environment allows building appropriate respond mechanisms and being adaptive for excitation of different strength.
