INVESTMENT MODEL OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES: THE OPPORTUNITY OF THE SUCCESSION FOR UKRAINE

The article examines investment policy and investment climate of Ukraine in comparison with foreign countries based on existing legislation. As well as research on ways to increase its investment attractiveness, improve the business environment for investment and the most important areas for attracting foreign investors; substantiates the need for the formation of competitive segments of the economy and the analysis of foreign investment legislation for possible law enforcement for Ukraine.
