Abstract
The article summarizes the theoretical generalization and analysis of the essence and content of the organizational culture formation of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions on the example of the State University of Infrastructure and Technology. Organizational culture is an invisible part of the institution of higher education and makes it unique and competitive in the educational space. The process of forming an organizational culture is complex and time- consuming, requiring the skillful application of various methods, forms and means. It is very important that the formation of organizational culture occurs individually according to the characteristics of the institution of higher education. The factors that influence the formation of organizational culture and as a consequence the quality of educational services of higher education institutions during the reorganization of higher education institutions of Ukraine are investigated.
