LEGAL REGULATION OF THE LISTING PROCESS OF UKRAINIAN ISSUERS ON THE WARSAW STOCK EXCHANGE

Based on the research of scholars and theorists of law, as well as using world practice, the characteristic of the concept of "listing" is given. After analyzing the concept, an analysis of the problem of placement of shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange was carried out. A list of Ukrainian companies that sell shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange is provided. The procedure of placement of shares on the specified stock exchange was also investigated. In view of this, Ukrainian, Polish and EU-wide profile legislation was analyzed. The terms of listing on the Polish Stock Exchange and the Ukrainian Stock Exchange are compared.
