Abstract

The estimation of development of innovations and innovative activity is given in Ukraine. The concept and features of the process of making innovative decisions at the enterprise are investigated. Description of chart of acceptance of innovative decisions is carried out. Basic indexes which allow to estimate efficiency and prognostication of consequences of the accepted innovative decisions on an enterprise are analyzed.
