Abstract
The article examines the legal regulation of problems at the international and national level regarding the billing of participants in the educational process. Court statistics on administrative offenses under article 1734 of the Code of Administrative Offenses are analyzed. The introduction of new forms of protection for victims of bullying has been investigated.
