ANALYSIS OF THE EXTENT TO WHICH UKRAINE FULFILLS INTERNATIONAL LEGAL OBLIGATIONS IN THE FIELD OF CLIMATE CHANGE

The article is devoted to the analysis of the degree of fulfillment of international legal obligations in the area of climate change by Ukraine, which were assigned to it in accordance with its international treaties. Notice the recommendations that were taken into account by Ukraine and those that Ukraine did not take into account. The author notes that climate change is a global problem, so the priority for Ukraine is the practical application and using of international legal methods and usage of climate change actions.
