A MODERN APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES OF A SOCIAL WORKER

The article analyzes the modern approach to assessing the effectiveness of professionally important qualities of a social worker. Personal qualities of the social worker, social functions in work with youth are defined. The expediency of forming a high level of readiness of the future social worker for professional activity in the context of professional training is indicated. According to the author, social work as a profession requires thorough training and continuous improvement of specialists in this field.
