LEGAL REGULATION OF COUNTERACTION TO ANTI-HANDLING ANIMALS AS A STEP OF UKRAINE ON THE ROAD OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

The article explores the historical and philosophical approach of protecting animals through the transformation of human consciousness, and also analyzes the conditions of maintenance and experience of using animals in circuses in the world and in Ukraine. The author proposes ways to improve the legislation at the Cabinet level concerning the protection of animals against cruelty and prohibited the use of wild animals in circuses with a transitional period of 5 years.
