Abstract
In these few years, employement policies to support worklife balance have played a major role in attracting and retaining a quality workforce. Worklife policies are policies to assist employees with the balance of paid work with other important life roles such as education, family or leisure. Examples of work-life policies include flexibility in the working hours, amount of work or location of work, provision of health benefits, and monetary benefits and informational support for nonwork roles (e.g, vouchers, referral services).
