Abstract

Employee performance is the organization's driving force, and employee engagement is a dependent factor on organizational culture. The COVID-19 pandemic plunged the nation into recession. For 2020, it'll be worse than the global financial crisis. Economic risk is increasing across all countries, monitoring the sharp rise in new infections and government-led containment actions. The study's objective is to examine the impact of organizational culture on the performance of employees, with specific regard to the automotive industry. This work is used to measure the impact of the Organizational Culture on enhancing organizational efficiency. The methodology used has been to articulate the problem, formulate the hypothesis as well as gather facts from the survey. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The outcome demonstrated the positive effect of the organizational culture on the success of employees. The various dimensions of Organizational culture also had an impact on the different perspectives of organizational performance. The study would be useful for the policy makers, researchers and HR professionals to reframe policies of organizational culture in automobile sector. There is, however, a distinction between being physically ready for this new world and being culturally and emotionally ready
