The phenomenon of friendship between a man and a woman: a philosophical aspect

The article deals with the philosophical question of the existence of friendship between a man and a woman. The concept of friendship, as well as its understanding by other philosophers, has been studied. A sociological survey was conducted among young people aged 16-25, which shows the statistics of faith in friendship between a man and a woman. The differences between women and men in friendships that question the existence of different-sex friendship are considered. The novelty of the work consists in obtaining and justifying conclusions based on the survey. The results of the article led to the conclusion that friendship exists, but only under certain conditions.
