How to correct speaking mistakes and not discourage students from opening their mouth?

This article is devoted to the issue of correcting mistakes directly by teacher and to the some features of correcting in language learning. The author makes an attempt to reveal the main features of self-correction. The goal is to achieve and maintain self-confidence, self-esteem and success on learning a foreign language.
