Abstract
The article analyzes existing approaches to understanding resilience and personal readiness for changes under stress and uncertainty. Resilience is a psychological survival, the effectiveness of human existence, being an indicator of the health of the individual's psyche and the ability to cope with stress. Resilience shows positive patterns that motivate a person to change stressful life events. Personal readiness for changes, the ability to use and manage internal resources efficiently, determine the available degree of coping with difficulties and changes that are near-extreme and extreme in nature.
