A sample of 150 university students across the State was included in the research. Factor analysis was used to identify factors that motivate students towards entrepreneurship. Five factors which motivate entrepreneurship were identified - achievement drive, autonomy drive, personal traits, govt. assistance, learning drive. This paper is an attempt to create a better understanding of the factors that account for entrepreneurial intention among postgraduate students
