Abstract
India ranks third among the most attractive investment destinations for technology transactions in the world. Infrastructure coupled with technology is a strong priority area of modern India, realizing that it is a key element of economic growth. Indian Railways being the main transportation stronghold in India, it is the main support system for boosting the Indian economy. Indian railways, though reliable and adequately operational, are not technologically advanced and safe. In other words, they do not meet the benchmarks set by the advanced European railway technologies. So, to meet the need of the hour, this project aims to improve the railway systems and virtually implement one of the advancements, i.e. use of articulation in the railways. It is the exact time of Indian Railways to meet its technical upgradation and getting its next level infrastructure with high speed rails
