Definition of the category ?innovative mechanisms of industrial enterprises development?

The aim of the article. Article is devoted to the definition of the category innovative mechanism of industrial enterprises. Formation and content of that category was conducted using the research nature and relationships between the three basic components: innovation, mechanism, development.The results of the analysis. Yet, the author researched content and process differences in determining the category of innovation. Within the process differences was analyzed the static and dynamic approach. Based on the analysis of scientific papers in the field of innovative management approaches to innovation were systematized and generalized. Innovation is the driving force behind the development of the enterprise, and thus determine its essence certainly affects the formation mechanism of the enterprise innovation. Analyzing the different approaches to the definition of innovation, the author defined innovation as any change that takes the system to a new level. The basis of this definition is regarded as a change that promotes the development of the system, improves its properties, while in this definition is not clearly delimited innovation as a result and as a process.In the study of the category mechanism the author focuses on the exclusion mechanism of management and the mechanism of development. In most scientific papers focus is just on study management mechanism with selection of elements of the mechanism-based management functions. However, the author notes that the key difference between the mechanism of management and the mechanism of development can be considered in the various processes and procedures that are the subject of each of these mechanisms expression. Logical framework chain will have the following form: management - mechanism - development. This implies that management in the context of innovative economic model, taking the need for innovative renewal as a means of competition and survival in the market conditions at the national and international level should be aimed at ensuring its development through the use of innovative mechanisms.Development in the context of this study is considered as a philosophical and economic points of view, while the author emphasizes that in the context of the industrial development study this category has a positive focus and inappropriate to consider the possible deterioration of the facility with reference to the category of development .The author defines an innovative mechanism of industrial enterprises as a set of interrelated innovative instruments that provide the implementation of innovation, its promotion and regulation. Thus, in the context of this definition innovation means not only research and development work in the company, aimed at updating and/or creating new processes, products. Also innovation means development and introduction of innovations that affect different companys intra-organizational processes, as well as displays of enterprise functioning in outer space. Innovative mechanism makes changing certain object, thus its action is not limited to the specific moment, and continues for a long time, within which can be divided into parts.Suggested category innovative mechanism of industrial enterprises meets all the requirements that apply to scientific categories, namely a heuristic power, that explains the phenomena that can not be described, otherwise satisfies indirect observability that is reflected in this category, have certain characteristic properties (integrity, alternative, absolute).Conclusions and directions of further researches. So, in the article from a methodological point of view there is necessity of introduction to the theory of innovation management new category innovative mechanism of industrial enterprises. With logical and structural analysis based on substantive research component of this category the author defined its essence, proved the viability of this category based on the general philosophical principles of scientific categories.
