Abstract

To determine the ways of correcting the level of motor skills among teachers aged 61-75, it is necessary to carry out constant monitoring of the state of psycho-motor functions of their organisms. This is especially true in conditions of constant psycho-emotional stress, which is observed among teachers working in various educational institutions. The purpose of the work is to study the influence of psycho-emotional stress on the changes in the motor mobility indexes during the eradication of various motor tasks among elderly teachers. Materials and methods. In the work, we analyzed the parameters of tremorometry, stress test, stress resistance and time parameters of a simple periodic and time-structured tapping-test performed at the fastest possible pace by 85 right-handed seniors. We analyzed the simple and time-structured periodic movements, the accuracy of movements in the testing of static and dynamic tremors, revealed the level of psycho-emotional stress in terms of stress test and resistance to stress. Statistical processing of the obtained data was carried out with parametric analysis using Student t-test under normal data distribution, and the statistical significance of the difference in nonparametric distributions was estimated using the Mann-Whitney index. Results and discussion. It is shown that for teachers aged 70-75, unlike teachers aged 61-65, the maximum rate of movement depends on the structural complexity of the temping test and is in correlation with the level of psycho-emotional stability of their organisms. These data are consistent with the results of testing with tremorometry, which statistically significantly increases with the age and with pronounced signs of psycho-emotional stress. The presence of higher absolute values of work performance in testing various motor tasks among teachers with a high level of stress resistance testifies to the stability of the nervous processes, which is necessary for performing motor tasks of varying complexity, both temporal and spatial. The results of the study indicate that the absolute value of the fastest rate of performance of the pacing test is determined by a complex combination of central and neuromuscular factors, and the differences in the rate of performance of two (or more) types of motor tasks of different time or serial complexity can be fully attributed to the difference in the nature of their central management. The obtained results indicate that at the age of 70 there occurs a qualitative change in the character of the central control of rapid periodic movements of the brush.
