Abstract
The article presents the results of assessing the influence of bodybuilding training exercises on functional capabilities of boys with different levels of physical fitness. Material and methods. The research involved 20 athletes aged 19-20, systematically involved in bodybuilding for three years, and 40 untrained young men. The initial level of physical development and strength of people, who participated in the experiment, was determined by the method of control testing. For quantitative estimation of physical loads the indicators of working weight of encumbrance in the control exercise were used. We also took into account the conditions of its implementation. The assessment of the impact of physical activity on the functional capabilities of the body of athletes was carried out by the kinetic method using the indicator of changes in the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in the blood after loading. Results and discussion. The obtained results showed that LDH activity in blood before physical activity was 5.4% lower in athletes compared to untrained young men. Statistically significant differences between groups for the investigated index to the load were not revealed. This indicates their identical initial state. After physical activity, the reduction of the investigated index in the group of athletes and its increase in groups of untrained persons was revealed. These results point to a higher level of adaptive capabilities of the athletes' body compared to untrained people, as well as the dependence of these capabilities on external factors (the magnitude of the total load and the conditions of exercising). Conclusions. Physical loads, where the working weight of the weigher is 70-80% of the single maximum force, are moderate for both experienced athletes and untrained persons, which make it possible to use them as the optimal indicator of the magnitude of the power load in athleticism. It was also found out that moderate physical loads practically do not influence the level of LDH in the blood serum of untrained young men. At the same time, it helps to reduce this enzyme in athletes, which confirms the optimization of compensatory mechanisms under the influence of regular exercises in athleticism.
