Problematic issues of qualification non-execution of a court verdict, court decision or other judicial act

This article considers the rule on malicious evasion from repayment of accounts payable as special in relation to the General rule on non-execution of a court verdict, court decision or other judicial act. The article analyzes the appearance of article 177 and part 2 of article 169 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation. An example is given of why article 315 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation as a General rule was not effective enough.
