Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the firm performance of property companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI) during the period 2013 - 2018. In total, 15 property companies were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study are property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2018. The data collection technique used is documentation. Data analysis was performed using panel data analysis techniques. The results showed that the added value of VACA capital had no significant effect on company performance (ROA) and the value added of human capital (VAHU) had a positive effect on company performance (ROA), while the added value of structural capital (STVA) had no significant effect on firm performance (ROA)
