Abstract
In our country, large-scale reforms are being carried out aimed at educating a harmoniously developed generation, radically improving the system of preschool education, building various forms of preschool educa- tion, providing them with highly qualified, modern teachers, introducing advanced foreign educational experi- ence. The system of preschool education allows not only to increase the coverage of preschool children in pre- school education, but also to introduce educational mechanisms in groups of 3–6 years, depending on their inter- ests and ability to communicate freely. A new era has begun in the quantity and quality of the training of tutors and kindergarten teachers in higher educational institutions. The introduction of private forms of kindergartens and secondary schools into our lives creates a healthy competitive environment in education. As a result, the choice of an educational institution, as well as the new demand for innovative pedagogical trainers and teachers, as well as the corresponding remuneration system, have come into practice
