AUTHENTICITY IN THE CONTEXT OF PERSONAL SELF-REALIZATION

This article discusses the categories "authenticity" and "self-realization". Definitions of these concepts are given and their essence is revealed. The main attention is paid to the study of the relationship between these categories. An attempt is made to formulate this connection. A theoretical analysis is presented that indicates a long-standing relationship between these concepts. Quotes from thinkers that reflect this connection are given. The development of the categories "authenticity" and "self-realization" in humanitarian psychology and existen- tial psychology is considered. The problem of interrelation of "authenticity" and "self-realization" in modern psychology is actualized. It is determined that authenticity and self-realization are constantly forming processes in a person's life
