New classification of changes in the evolutionary development of the credit and banking system

The article presents the developed classification of changes in evolutionary development in the form of mutational, transformational and modificational changes, combining them according to the criteria of causes and factors that influenced the transformation of the credit and banking system institutions. Certain important stages of evolution that contribute to its basic transformations are highlighted. The main modificational changes of the credit and banking system of the Donetsk People's Republic are considered. The implementation of certain important transformational and mutational changes for the development of the credit and banking system of the Republic and its compliance with the international requirements has been proposed.
