The characteristics of corruption factors

The article is devoted to the study of corruption as a factor affecting all spheres of social, political and economic life of society. Under the conditions of the formation and development of the Donetsk People's Republic as a social state corruption is a serious threat to the national and economic security of our state. Investigating the corruption causes will enable adopting relevant regulatory legal acts in order to localize this negative phenomenon. The author has focused on a clear sequence of actions of the legislator in the implementation of such acts.
