Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties under the donation agreement

The article is devoted to the topical issue concerning the rights and obligations of rights and obligations, as well as liability under the gift agreement. Donation is one of the ways to dispose of a citizen's property, which is provided by the current legislation. The article discusses the provisions of the civil legislation concerning legal regulation of the subjective part of the contract of donation goals especially the rights and obligations of the parties under the contract identified certain features of the liability under the deed of gift, made the findings of the study.
