Abstract
The article provides a theoretical analysis of scientific sources that cover various aspects of formation of tolerant culture among primary schoolchildren; clarified the concept of «tolerance», «organizational and pedagogical conditions», «children with special educational needs»; the article is devoted to an overview of various pedagogical approaches to the definition of organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of humane relations between primary schoochildrenl and their peers with disabilities and form a tolerant attitude towards them. In the courseof the study, the main organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of a tolerant attitude of primary school students towards children with special educational needs in inclusive classes were determined.
