Abstract
Amidst the over-plus researches on examining and defining TL, a few attempts have been made towards examining the correlation between TL and OC. The leadership theories propounded by several scholars have proved that the TL has different impact on followers in comparison of traditional transactional leadership approaches. TL is believed to have great impact on followers, resulting into motivating them to become more committed towards organization. In this study, investigation of correlation among TL & OC with employee's perception of JC as prospective mediators in Higher Educational Institutions is carried out.
