Abstract

The area of sport analytics is attracting increasing attention both in industry and academic circles. This paper offers a narrative literature review of research. The purpose of this narrative review is to understand the state of the research on sport analytics and its emerging sub-fields. Relevant literature is identified and scrutinized by applying a structured keyword search in library databases. The literature analysis is done and emerging state of research is identified and presented.
