THE IMPACT OF MID-LEVEL MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMS ON ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND PRODUCTIVITY: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

Abstract
In organizations to examine and analyse the relationship amid mid-level management programs for training and their impact on the organizational culture is the aim of this paper. Using a structured questionnaire and taking response from a sample of 200 employees working in 10 companies in Delhi/NCR this study is conducted. The data collected was analysed using SPSS. This work showed that if there is same norms and commitment from employees as the organization have for training programs for achieving the overall organization goal the performance can be enhanced. For enhancing the overall employees and organization performance we recommend that the leaders should develop strong training culture in organizations
