Abstract
In the viable world, all establishments have recognized that they can increase competitive advantage in square only if they have competent and extremely committed employees. Most works have proved that organizational commitment is an important factor for cultivating employee performance. Therefore, this research focuses on the impact of Affective Commitment on employee job performance. This research is carried out to explore the relationship between Affective Commitment and job performance of employees. In the research, 68 employees were measured study samples to collect data with close-ended questionnaires. The results showed that there
is, in fact, a relationship between Affective commitment and employee's performance
