Abstract
The article considers the main aspects of the impact of migration processes on the development of human capital in the region. It is established that migration processes significantly affect the quality of life of the population, the economic situation in the regions and the development of human capital. The analysis shows that the assessment of human capital and its dynamics must be carried out taking into account the demographic structure. The transformation of human capital in the region is assessed through the prism of the distribution of demographic elements by age groups. The dynamics of human capital must take into account the demographic structure as a system that includes three components: education, health and culture. Targeted investments in human capital of the region are a prerequisite for socio-economic development of the region. To analyze the impact of human capital on the region's revenues, we use the Cobb-Douglas production function.
