Abstract
All public and private universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are making great efforts to obtain NCAAA institutional and program accreditation and consider academic accreditation as one of the main objectives in their strategic goals. Research studies indicate that faculty members find that it is a process that requires long time and big effort due to the lack of electronic tools or information systems that facilitate this process due to the large and various of data sources, statistical and periodic reports related to quality requirements and academic accreditation. This study aims to propose a conceptual model to design an web services based central system for quality requirements and academic accreditation to facilitate the processes of collecting and organizing all data related to quality and academic accreditation to produce the required NCAAA reports by providing interactive interfaces.
