Abstract
Small and medium enterprises play an important role in achieving the economic development of any country in the world through their contributions to national income, as well as the absorption of unemployment and contribute to employment and achieving social welfare.Any imbalance that affects small and medium enterprises will affect the national economy in view of the close relationship and the vital role that small and medium enterprises play in relation to the national economy. This is what we see through the impact of Corona virus COVID 19 on small and medium enterprises and thus the impact on the national economy in general. This is by referring to the case of Algeria, China and the United Arab Emirates.COVID 19 was not only medically but also economically and socially effective.
