Abstract
The correlation between job tenure and gross salary remain investigated. Being a major part of employee performance and organizational growth, to what degree the tenancy impacts worker execution. This paper is all about the study of how job tenure effects and its relationship with salary and gender. Things considered of this analysis are job average tenure, average gross salary and gender of employees, information gathered through web souses, organization sites (HGS) and research papers from the year 1970 onwards. Correlation analysis is used to find out the degree or strength of relationship between average job tenure and average gross salary. Regression technique is utilized to examine the gathered information and found that gross pay drawn by the employee of HGS organization depends on job tenure. Longer the tenure of an employee, higher is the gross salary. ANOVA analysis is used to examine the demographic relationship with job tenure and gross salary. Hence all the analysis gives significant results on their relationships.
