Abstract
In recent years, banking and financial operations have seen significant changes, especially those related to financial liberalization policies, which have been the main cause of financial and banking crises. Thus, the need to develop risk management mechanisms in banking, financial and even Islamic institutions has emerged. The main objective of the study is to manage the risks arising from transactions related to the financing formulas of Al-Baraka Algerian Bank. It also highlights the Al-Merabah formula by studying the resulting credit risk by presenting the results of a field study that dealt with the director of Al-Baraka Bank in Algeria, Beshr Khadem.
