Abstract
The question of enabling economic development at the national and local levels is one of the thorny questions that the government is trying to do everything it can to succeed. In order to create a dynamic in the economic field, the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises with the aim of creating jobs and creating various economic activities in parallel and helping large economic institutions, but the results of such institutions have varied since their adoption by the Algerian authorities. So we wanted to discuss the extent to which these institutions contribute to the creation and activation of the economic development dynamics of our country compared to what the major strategic economic institutions do and institutions
