Application of environmental policy and planning requirements for the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Case study of four Algerian institutions-

The aim of this study is to assist the Algerian economic institutions, especially the industrial ones, to prepare and prepare for the construction of the environmental management system. The study focused on the study and analysis of part of the environmental management system in four (04) economic institutions in the state of Saida by dropping two requirements of the ISO14001 system To apply them, The study revealed that economic companies in general, and industrial companies in particular, are not interested in implementing this system due to the fact that they suffer from a lack of environmental awareness, especially with regard to the international specifications of the environmental management systems ISO 14000 and their unawareness and awareness of the importance of ISO 14001 certification.
