Abstract
Growing Employee trust in an organization increases human asset for it as well as
commitment for the job. The organization is the entity that always needs to concentrate on the employee feelings and doings to provide an opportunity for an uplift in the profession to get success. Thus organization may increase the trust of an employee. In this research work, the teaching profession is chosen research area to the study of employee trust. Also analyzed employee trust is related to employee commitment and does salary is mediating this relationship, if, what is strength. Mediating analysis is used to test the strength of the mediator variable between employee trust and employee commitment
